oh, hey world.

Sorry I haven't blogged in a while. I have been living somewhat of an adult life. Run here run there... blah blah blah. I just want to say that I love today. I love seeing the nice things around me and know that the Savior and my Heavenly Father are so mindful of me. I am grateful for all of those cute girls who say nice things to me or smile in the hallway. It seriously makes me feel so good. :) Today I need to clean my car, I have loads of homework, a room that needs cleaning, a missionary that needs writing, and a blogging crave that is being indulged upon this very moment. My life is fantastic. Obviously there are those, someone-please-just-run-me-over-days, but today isn't one of them. I love my family. I love phone calls at work that are strange and make me laugh. I love things that smell nice and I already know what I am wearing when I read my speech. I am so excited for that new experience. Political Speaking? Check. On to something else that's new, exciting and a breath of fresh air. Hope you all have a fantastic and perfectly perfect week!

catching up on life today

Well, I live in my new house and it's absolutely my home. I love it with my whole whole whole heart. Today I love rain and fall. How awesome is it that my Mother made homemade taco soup on a rainy day? Just perfect I think.
Today I wore my new shirt and vest from The Gap. I felt kind of cool, but haha, whatever.
Today when I was at school, I decided I am not one to follow trends much. No, I don't say dope, I don't say what'er, I don't listen to 103.9, but you know something? I love being different.
Today I am grateful for this beautiful world. As I was walking out to my car today, I looked up at the clouded sky and started to hum the primary song that says, "I'm glad that I live in this beautiful world, Heavenly Father created for me." It's one of my favorites. I rather enjoyed General Conference. It was what I needed, and as far as I'm concerned it fills everyone's spiritual cups up a little more.
In my Popular Literature class, we are learning a lot about their culture of Musim and Islam. Today I'm grateful that I live in America where I am free and able to attend school to get an education. I am so blessed to live in a place with so many rights granted to me.
I love hearing stories from my very lovely friends... I get a kick out of them. :)
I love wednesdays and my family saves me.
