here's what i baked today...

Today I made white cake with rasberries and strawberries in the middle.

It turned out to be more of a cobbler, but it was still really good.

I wore my Julia Child pearls.

Today was a weird day.
It seems sometimes like life puts a hundred things in the way of being happy...
Lately I have felt like that. But, I know that I can go to my Heavenly Father. I know he'll be there when people aren't, and be there when I feel kind of uncool, or be there to comfort other people I love. I know the Gospel is true and I am so grateful for a Heavenly Father who loves me very much and loves the friends I love. I know that he watches over me and wants me to be happy. Because he is the only one who really knows the desires of my heart and the desires of your heart. Tomorrow is wednesday and I hope to hear something that will lift my spirits a bit.

darn it

I feel really discouraged today.
I stepped on the wii fit and about had a heart failure.
Right now I just want to go in fetal position and cry.
How did this happen?
I don't know.
I haven't got enough time.
All I wanted to do was fit in those pair of shorts for tour.
Guess not as soon as I thought.
Better get on that treadmill and run.

Chamber Retreat was completely fun! I loved loved loved every single minute of it!

Went to San Fransisco.
Met a couple of attractive men.
Talked with them.
Ate the best bruschetta I've ever tasted.
Was flashed.
Exposed to a nude parade.
Felt sad for homeless people.
Bought a ring that was inspired.
Ate a yummy ice cream cone.
Watched a perfectly wonderful concert.
Met a guitar player who was totally nice, and smelled fantastic.
Shopped at H&M.
Rode a cable car, trolley.
Loved loved loved it.

so, I found a prom dress. I'm pretty sure I could wear it for dinner dance too, but I don't have $275. Darn.

this would happen to me

I just went to the bank to deposit a check and cash another one. Here's what happened :

I pulled up to the little thing and right as a grab the canister it falls on the ground. Of course my car was parked too close, so I had to get out on the passengers side.
I got down on my hands and knees only to find it's smack dab in the middle under my car. I climbed back over the passengers side and pulled my car out. I got out of my car and walk 15 feet to get the canister and pulled back up to the canister tube thing. The bank ladies got a good laugh today. hahaha.

Yep. This would happen to me.
