Dear Lovely Readers,
I have been running everyday. I hope this pays off in the end.
If you ask me, I really hate running, but I want to.
Why?
For myself, because I want to buy some high waisted shorts and look wonderful in them.
I want to look good for summer. Real good.
I have been running and I am going to watch my calories and just try to eat healthier.
Do any of you have any suggestions or anything that could help me?
I would love some feedback.

Just keep going :) You will love the results. One big thing is to do your best to eat whole grains-wheat bread, brown rice, baked chips etc. It will help a lot. Good job!
if I ate healthy I would give you a tip but I don't...not really...not conciously haha yes I know I can't spell! We do only eat wheat bread and tortillas but i think that's about the only thing from the clark household, well I eat fruit too :)
