Yesterday, Red Cross kept calling Bailey, so we went and donated some blood.
Well, I have given blood before and it never bothers me.
It went so fast yesterday; it only took five minutes.
Then the guy clamped it down, but he was just filling out papers, leaving it clamped with the blood trapped.
All of the sudden, everything he said, was so muffled because my ears were ringing real horribly.
Then my vision started going darker.
Very weakly I said, "Um, I think I'm passing out."
Nice man, he was trying to hurry so quick.
Another lady brought over a wet cloth to put on my chest and a water bottle to sip.
After that, they made me sit in the chair for a while.
I hope I never really pass out. It was freaky, kind of like an out of body experience.
So there is my blood donation story for you.
Don't know if I'll go back for a while. hahaha. Cheers! and Happy Friday!

i have passed out so many times, it's not even funny. it SUCKS.
The same thing happened to me the last time I donated with Red Cross. But the guy I had wasn't very nice. It took me a long while to get up and walk out. I haven't gone to the last 3 blood drives....
You are so brave. Love your blog by the way. :)
